The hair is single-knot injected into an ultra-thin base so each strand emerges the way it would from your own scalp, and the front hairline is cut and feathered to your face at the studio. Most clients keep two systems in rotation so there is always a fresh one.

With an adhesive fitting, 10 to 30 days at a stretch. Our adhesives are rated to hold for 2 to 4 weeks, after which they naturally loosen and the system is removed, cleaned and re-bonded. If you prefer to take it off daily, a clip-based system does that and suits people who still have a reasonable amount of their own hair.

Yes — that is the point of a bonded system. You can shower, shampoo, swim in chlorinated or salt water, train, and sleep in it normally. Water-resistant adhesive does loosen over weeks rather than instantly, which is why the re-bonding visit exists. Most people describe it as second nature within a few days.
