Their exceptional systems, customer-focused service, budget-conscious options, and life-changing results make them stand out. After exploring multiple alternatives, I'm confident that choosing Topee was the best decision. Key Highlights: Tried & Tested Products: The owner and manager personally use new hair systems before recommending them, ensuring clients get only reliable, proven options. Natural Look: My hair system looks incredibly natural—so much so that friends couldn’t tell it wasn’t real until I disclosed it. It has significantly boosted my confidence and earned compliments. Consultation: The in-person consultation was thorough. The manager took time to explain system types, assess my hair loss, and understand my preferences and budget. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive option—decisions were left entirely up to me. Application Process: Once I confirmed and paid, the system was ready the next day. Topee offers EMI options, which is great for budget planning. They took accurate head measurements and custom-fitted the system, followed by a haircut tailored to my style. The stylist recommended keeping it slightly longer initially for flexibility. Post-application, they shared helpful care videos. Daily Life with the System: Comfort & Natural Feel: Initially, you may notice some itchiness or self-consciousness, but it fades quickly. The hair looks and behaves like natural hair—you can wash it, swim, and withstand various weather conditions (I haven’t tested desert heat conditions so cannot comment on that). Dandruff Concerns: I have dandruff, which led to slight lifting at the front hairline—a common issue. However, with proper styling, it was unnoticeable to others. I addressed it using glue and remover sourced from Topee, which are top-quality and widely recommended in the industry. I needed just one touch-up myself for the slight hair lifting before the next service. Maintenance Services: Topee recommends servicing every 21 days. Their process includes system removal, scalp massage, haircut (with optional coloring), system cleaning, and reapplication. It's efficient, affordable (especially compared to premium salons in Bangalore), and highly professional. They also offer prepaid service plans, reducing overall costs. Customer Support: The team’s commitment is exceptional. I was never pressured into upselling or unnecessary purchases. Both the owner and manager are approachable, responsive—even replying to my late-night queries to reassure me during the initial adjustment phase. Had a detailed consultation & conversation with Kailash at their studio today Walk in experience — 10/10 Consultation — 10/10 Authenticity — 10/10 Overall quality of service — 10/10 Staff — 10/10 Payments / prices — 8/10 Why 8 for pricing ? — well, quality comes at a cost … I’m okay with the cost, but for the sake of transparency I must admit that it tends to be on the higher side … still VERY VERY affordable but not as cheap as other hair mills processing 100s of customers a day … again, simple economies of scale and quantity/quality trade-off … nothing against the studio, but nobody can beat economics. If you are worried about your hair-loss and are looking into hair systems, I recommend just walking in and at least having a conversation with them at the studio … rest of the staff are amazing as well, but getting to see the owner himself was a delight. He has been through this, and I am going through this at a pretty young age of 23 so I understand the stigma & apprehension around it. Just walk in … talk about it … discuss your situation and take it from there … no harm in consultation. Will update my review after system installation overall, I’d definitely recommend. Look, my hair loss began when I was 17 … it was gradual at first and then suddenly went ballistic when I joined corporate at 21 … I’m 23 now & its horrendous … I looked into transplants, tried fin&min … nothing worked for me … did a lot of research on Lavivid, Lord’s hair, Jake Kent, Baldcafe … went through the entire ringer. I’m not advising against transplants or meds but if you think hair systems are the best way out for you then talking about it won’t hurt & won’t cost anything. If you are reading this review then you are probably someone dealing with MPB or even worse medical conditions … bless your heart and hope you find the courage to talk about it and improve your perception of self … stigma & apprehension won’t fix your problems, a consultation might. And by the way, this is not a planted review Ok, updates post-installation Well, it looks good … I would like to maintain my feedback 10/10 place Here are the most difficult parts about this journey : - - fresh install puff : yeah, a fresh install will always look off … puffy, more dense than it actually is, and pretty much not upto the mark … this is because of 2 main factors : - —— hair systems often come with factory coatings and sit in transit for months … they are styled for mannequin heads and are very generic … that takes time and moisture to break —— self psychological shock is real … I absolutely wasn’t able to handle my new look, this is because I had gotten used to my receding hairline and my widow’s peak hairstyle …. It took a decent amount of time to accept my own new face … trust me, self acceptance is difficult - social anxiety: yeah, there are again 2 sides to this : - —— anxious about false presumptions : if you fall into the mindset of “I’ll deceive others and hide this upgrade” then you have already lost the battle, you are not deceiving anybody & you shouldn’t have the constant background voice thinking “did they notice something? Do they know this is fake ? Am I cooked ?” Just No, have some confidence and own it … keep it real … no need to hide it, just be normal about it and stop overthinking about it —— anxious about social perception of change : yeah, trust me … nobody has the time and energy to conduct a forensic analysis of your scalp … even if they notice it, they won’t crucify you for it … most people don’t notice at all, those who notice are curious, not aggressive … just be confident and do your thing … forget about it … rock it with your chest out, thats the only way to drown out the voices in your head Thats it … thats the whole recipe … just own it … don’t cower or shy away. If someone gets too comfortable and starts asking too many questions you’d rather not answer then just reply with “yeah, trying something new” Thats it … no need to overdo or overthink it That last photo is how I look after the install .. I love bangs LOL

Visited first time with lot of apprehension and was impressed with Kailash real-time hair quality/looks seeing live and also the demo pieces they had shown, hair quality was superb.They took time to explain and patiently answer all queries. The first piece they ordered had side locks on one side was not fitting exactly to the measurement and Kailash didn't hesitate to send it back and order a new one and transparently told that it will take atleast 2+ weeks and got the right one with all feedbacks incorporated. Staff, who serviced, was knowledgeable and good, wanted to ensure I am satisfied with the hair system looks. Hair style look is very natural and is indeed natural High quality hair. No one can tell that you have hair lace system on your head. The main "plus" is Kailash the owner, he makes sure he is personally present, talks to the clients and makes you feel he is bringing the skin into the game (i.e. he is owning what he is telling and delivers it). Wonderful experience....! Would definitely recommend others to try Topee hair system, its natural and cool.

Beware of This Store – A Frustrating and Costly Experience! I had a very disappointing experience at this store. Despite being a regular customer, the service was terrible. The staff was rude and dismissive when I raised concerns about the product quality, and they showed zero accountability for their mistakes. The product I received was not as described, and when I tried to return it or get a replacement, they refused and gave vague excuses. The communication was poor throughout — calls went unanswered, and emails were ignored for days. When I finally got a response, they were unhelpful and condescending. To make matters worse, I felt cheated by the pricing — they advertised one rate and then added hidden charges at checkout without proper disclosure. This business clearly prioritises quick sales over customer satisfaction. If you value your time and money, I strongly recommend avoiding this store. There are plenty of better alternatives with honest pricing and genuine after-sale service.
