Had a detailed consultation & conversation with Kailash at their studio today Walk in experience — 10/10 Consultation — 10/10 Authenticity — 10/10 Overall quality of service — 10/10 Staff — 10/10 Payments / prices — 8/10 Why 8 for pricing ? — well, quality comes at a cost … I’m okay with the cost, but for the sake of transparency I must admit that it tends to be on the higher side … still VERY VERY affordable but not as cheap as other hair mills processing 100s of customers a day … again, simple economies of scale and quantity/quality trade-off … nothing against the studio, but nobody can beat economics. If you are worried about your hair-loss and are looking into hair systems, I recommend just walking in and at least having a conversation with them at the studio … rest of the staff are amazing as well, but getting to see the owner himself was a delight. He has been through this, and I am going through this at a pretty young age of 23 so I understand the stigma & apprehension around it. Just walk in … talk about it … discuss your situation and take it from there … no harm in consultation. Will update my review after system installation overall, I’d definitely recommend. Look, my hair loss began when I was 17 … it was gradual at first and then suddenly went ballistic when I joined corporate at 21 … I’m 23 now & its horrendous … I looked into transplants, tried fin&min … nothing worked for me … did a lot of research on Lavivid, Lord’s hair, Jake Kent, Baldcafe … went through the entire ringer. I’m not advising against transplants or meds but if you think hair systems are the best way out for you then talking about it won’t hurt & won’t cost anything. If you are reading this review then you are probably someone dealing with MPB or even worse medical conditions … bless your heart and hope you find the courage to talk about it and improve your perception of self … stigma & apprehension won’t fix your problems, a consultation might. Cheers! And by the way, this is not a planted review Ok, updates post-installation Well, it looks good … I would like to maintain my feedback 10/10 place Here are the most difficult parts about this journey  : - - fresh install puff : yeah, a fresh install will always look off … puffy, more dense than it actually is, and pretty much not upto the mark … this is because of 2 main factors : - —— hair systems often come with factory coatings and sit in transit for months … they are styled for mannequin heads and are very generic … that takes time and moisture to break —— self psychological shock is real … I absolutely wasn’t able to handle my new look, this is because I had gotten used to my receding hairline and my widow’s peak hairstyle …. It took a decent amount of time to accept my own new face … trust me, self acceptance is difficult - social anxiety: yeah, there are again 2 sides to this : - —— anxious about false presumptions : if you fall into the mindset of “I’ll deceive others and hide this upgrade” then you have already lost the battle, you are not deceiving anybody & you shouldn’t have the constant background voice thinking “did they notice something? Do they know this is fake ? Am I cooked ?” Just No, have some confidence and own it … keep it real … no need to hide it, just be normal about it and stop overthinking about it —— anxious about social perception of change : yeah, trust me … nobody has the time and energy to conduct a forensic analysis of your scalp … even if they notice it, they won’t crucify you for it … most people don’t notice at all, those who notice are curious, not aggressive … just be confident and do your thing … forget about it … rock it with your chest out, thats the only way to drown out the voices in your head Thats it … thats the whole recipe … just own it … don’t cower or shy away. If someone gets too comfortable and starts asking too many questions you’d rather not answer then just reply with “yeah, trying something new” Thats it … no need to overdo or overthink it That last photo is how I look after the install .. Right from the beginning when I contacted the studio Jalandhar was extremely professional and helpful. He even took my call and answered all my queries while he himself was travelling. I was welcomed and treated warmly on arrival and my technician Sahil reassured me and made sure he took time listening to my concerns and needs. He made some excellent suggestions and together we made decisions for the best outcome. I am so pleased that I chose Topee and am already looking forward to my next visit.
